To Colorado we go...

Hello Beautiful People!! My blog posts will be few and far between over the next week. I am on a trip with my hubby and kids to meet up with family in the beautiful mountains of Colorado! I know you all are just holding your breathe in anticipation of my posts (HA!), but you will just have to wait....lol

I can't wait to get back and do my long overdue post on Modesty, and what it teaches kids about God. It will be a fun post.

Lastly, will you, if you feel so inclined, say a prayer for us?? There has been some spiritual attack since we left, and it has not been fun. I don't think we were prepared, and its been a big bummer. Will you pray for us ladies?? Specifically, for my relationship with my hubby, our safety, contentment, and to walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh.

LOVE YOU ALL!!! Have a great week!

Hi Valerie,

Love your blog...I am also a Christ follower, homeschooler, crazy-for-my-children kind of mom. I'm now "following" your blog...can't even remember how I stumbled upon it, must've been a link from another I follow. But I just wanted to send you a note so you don't wonder who in the heck I am! Looking forward to getting to know you better through blog-world! Read several of your posts and learned about your recent diagnosis. You never know what God has in store. We recently embarked on the journey of adoption and I would've never foreseen that in a million years. God has a funny way of bringing us into obedience, huh? Maybe the Lord has plans to expand your family via adoption! (BTW, we too, got lots of negative comments about further enlarging our brood.)

Anyway, I'm being summoned by them now....someone's wreaking havoc. Looking forward to more of your blog!

Blessings,

Marsha

Donate to our adoption!

I write on the most varied, and well... sometimes quite odd topics. I am a mom to three, soon to be four amazing kiddos. I am the wife of the only man in the world who can melt me, frustrate me, teach me, mold me, lead me, romance me and drive me a bit crazy. God has saved me from myself, my sins, and my hellbound road, and for that I am forever grateful. I love my King, my kids, my Sweetheart, and the life that Christ has led me to. I am passionate about my faith, healthy living, frugality, adoption, purity, children, and homeschooling, as well as a host of other things. These things do not define me but definitely hold my interest in a conversation! These are also some of the things that I speak about here.
